Emily May Nutsey, 22/40 (b. 9 June 1887 - 4 July 1953) Matron in Chief NZ Army Nursing Service.
Eva Constance MacKay, 22812 (b. 13 Feb 1902 - 8 Nov 2003) OBE. Made Principal Matron in November 1943 and Matron-in-Chief in February 1946. Matron Mackay was the first New Zealand nurse to be honoured with the appointment as Honorary Nursing Sister to the Queen.
