[Auckland Museum, Princes Street]

    The mezzanine floor of the Main Hall in the Princes Street museum building. Large busts are mounted on the outside of the railing. The paintings around the wall are from the Mackelvie collection, and were installed in 1881-82. Maori cloaks are draped over the balcony railing.
