    Wild population c.10 individuals, in open, stock
    browsed by gorse and exotic grass and native sedges;
    small amount of frost damage. Another population
    close by: c.1 km south upstream (streamside) c.10 +
    plants; and few below this site on river margin. No
    house sites in the area, appeared to be wild. Leaves
    up to 1 m across with 1 m long petioles.
    Inflorescence up to 90 cm long, seeds orange
