    Original det by R.Brown: Synoum glauereleseus
    [JM Fox note: on WELT 73831 label: Brown's ms description of "(Synoum glandulosum)/(Trichilia acuminata)/(Trichilia octandra)" indicates that the species was collected from "Port Jackson, June 13, 1802". A BM label with CANB 278528 a Brown collection of S. glandulosum at Aust.Nat.Herb., Canberra, indicates Brown also collected this sp. from Port Jackson on Sept 30, 1804].
    [J.M. Fox note on WELT 73831 Supplementary label: WELT 73831 & AK 32915, 32916 have panicles with < 10 flowers and so presumably are Synoum glandulosum from Port Jackson Brown's North coast collections, labelled "Trichilioides rugosa" & "Juglandifolia aliacea" in his manuscript plant descriptions, (Burbidge, N.T. (195[?9]:49), were collected from "No. 37 spec., Carpentaria Island a", (=Sweers Island, South Wellesley Islands, Gulf of Carpentaria), on "Novr. 24, 1802". This collection is probably the species known as Synoum muelleri C.DC. or Synoum glandulosum ssp paniculosum (F. Muell.) Mabb.]
