    One tree seen near inner edge of coastal forest, 10 m tall 30 cm dbh; fruit ovoid, 3.5 x 3 cm, "black" (very dark crimson), flesh green. "It is said that if a menstruating woman should climb the ai tree (C. harveyi) its fruit will vanish/ or change into stones" (2 informants' variants).
