    A single large fruiting plant (stems c. 1.5-1.8 m long) growing on dry flaggy Orahiri Limestone cliff face above cave mouth. Rosette leaves withered off and plant mostly devoid of leaves being heavily in fruit. Associated with Austrostipa stipoides, Bromus wildenowii, Trisetum arduanum, Mycelis muralis and abundant Lepidium pseudotasmanicum. Site moderately shaded for most of the day.
