Rough lava, amongst introduced shrubs. Adventive. Stems trailing or scrambling. Leaves succulent, shining, with bronze patch above which is often faint. Flowers double. Sepals with red flush. Petals c.2 cm long (outer), broad obovate, pink-mauve, a few with crimson basal streaks. A small patch only.
