Field Collection Notes
Small upright plant, Ht 68cm, with 7 upright stems emerging from ground. Stems deep red covered in white hairs. Leaves fleshy, obliquely ovate, held vertically. Mid-green upperside with white hairs, underside deep bronze-red, hairy. Flowers on tall erect stems with white petals with long pink-red hairs beneath. Four petals, 2 large 2 small, cupped. Anthers yellow with red stripe. No scent.
Sunny, sheltered, North facing situation. Hot, dry.
