  • Description

    Cast of a ke'a tuki (Marquesan stone pounder). This cast is taken from a Marquesas Islands stone pounder and depicts a long flared shaft with a round base and convex pounding surface. The grip end of The penu is surmounted by two tiki and a central groove across the top of the knob. The white plaster cast is painted a dark grey colour.
