    Intersection of Queen and Quay Streets. Corner buildings include the businesses : Wingates ; Hall & Co. ; Railway Chambers ; J. W. Coleman, Hairdresser & Tobacconist ; Shipping Bakery ; Jagger & Harvey. Small wooden building on the wharf side belongs to "W. Philcox & Sons, Builders". A two-horse cart pulls a load of barrels from the wharf. The Epsom tram comes into view on the left. The Ferry building can be seen to the far right.
