    New Zealand troopship magazine. v1no1 published on board ship September 1941, in newspaper format (47 cm). v1no2, October 1941 was souvenir issue. Subtitle of issue 1 : "being the Official Chronicle of the 7th Reinforcements on board H.M.T. 32." The 7th Reinforcements of 2NZEF (159 officers and 5610 other ranks) embarked at Wellington on 15 September 1941 for the Middle East in "Aquitania" and "Johan van Oldenbarnevelt". They arrived at Port Tewfik on 19-20 October 1941.

    This transport carried Arch. L. Curry, chief announcer at 3YA, Christchurch, who later took over command of the Broadcasting Unit. Curry made regular news reports during the period of the Alamein defensive front, and later from Cassino. On board ship he organized musical concerts for the troops.
