(Title page) This information conflicts with that contained in section of journal which lists nominal roll of troops. There, the O.C. Troops is listed as Major Felix Ballard Brown, of the Canterbury Infantry Battalion.(Studholme's "Record of personal services during the war" also lists O.C. Troops as Major Brown). "Maunganui" left Wellington on 26 June 1916 and arrived Devonport, England, on 22 August 1916.
