Field Collection Notes
Note by F Fisher, 5/2/52: Although the leaves are narrower the ususal insignis from the Spensers North of the Faerie Queens, it is definitely linked to the R. insignis populations for this region. The narrowness of the leaf may be due to introgression from the R. monroi (Terako type) on the same mountain but confined to the Clarence side valleys which are drier.
