Sheltered but fairly sunny site in rock garden.
Sprawling succulent plant; stems shining, rooting at
nodes. Leaves to 21 x 4 mm and c.1 mm thick,
narrowly linear to linear-lanceolate, green,
flattened above and below with rounded margins.
Flowers secund, sessile, in racemes. Sepals very
unequal; smallest c.3.5 mm long, largest c.7.5 mm
long, linear-lanceolate or lanceolate, green,
obtuse. Corolla stellate. Petals 5 in no., 6-6.5 x
2-2.5 mm, c.elliptic-lanceolate, golden; apex acute.
Stamens 4-4.5 mm long, yellow; anthers orange-red.
Carpels greenish-yellow; style c.1 mm long. Scales
c.0.4 mm long, yellow, c.sub-reniform and wider than
long. Leaves on main stems c.alternate, often in
4's on lateral vegetative shoots. DUPLICATE OF: CHR
