    kete made from 35mm slide film, each strip is a 36 inch exposure film; standard four cornered weaving; the images are one of Emily Siddell's, a reference to weaving and flax; film frames contain close up of a flax flower and stem, a woman's face, and a dotted pattern on yellow, orange and blue film; handles are woven from 16mm cinema film, orange brown in colour, the handles are adhered to the kete by double sided tape [now unattached]; the stand or frame for displaying the kete is made from plywood with an electric cord and light, tracing paper in bag shape, kete slips over the frame and the images are lit; colours appear like a paua pattern when lit.
