ISOTYPE of Dracophyllum marmoricola S.Ventor. Holotype is CHR 541917, cited by Venter in NZ J Bot 40: 40 (2002). "Abundant. Brown Clay loam. All aspects. Slope:0 - 30. Lithology: marble & schist. Shrublet 15cm tall. Sprawling over rocks forming cushions and carpets. Leaves spreading, glaucous. Flowers white and strongly scented. Habitat: closed low Aciphylla aurea - Celmisia spp. - Chionochloa spp. alpine tussockland". Ex CHR. Received Aug 2003.
