      Unommon. Growing with O. chnoodes. Protruding from contact between old, crumbled basalt stone wall and asphalted footpath. A single patch. Basal stems dark brown, woody (but rootstock not observed as lodged firmly within stone wall), young stems purple-red sparsely to densely covered in white spreading hairs. Foliage glaucous-green often tinged red. Stipules larger, truncate, sparsely hairy. Flowers pale yellow, with a basal red blotch at the junction of each petal and the corolla tube.
