    bullock horn with removable stopper and base, engraved illustrations include 58th (Rutlandshire) Regiment shako plate or shoulder belt badge with battle honours, names "SIR WILLIAM / HOPE" and "E.M.KENNA", portrait of a woman holding rose, shamrocks and thistle, portrait of kilted soldier holding sword and musket, sailing vessels and anchor, castle with "GIBRALTAR" below

    horn has wooden plug with small handle attached and tip of horn screws off, stopper has faceted sides with illustration of rose on one surface
