Field Collection Notes
in small water flushes on dry, rubbly riverbed; quite exposed. Habit: very low creeping herb; rather fleshy; stems cream coloured; leaves heart/spade shaped, brown on top and red underneath; one taproot surrounded by many small white roots; very long pedicels with nodding flowers and capsules (sometimes curling); flowers ~3mm across; sepals half as long as petals..
