      Five shrubs growing on steep road retaining wall between "Westhaven Marina Road" and State Highway 1. One specimen obviously planted - rest naturalised from this plant (these growing in between State Highway 1 barrier and upper end of "Westhaven Marina Road" retaining wall). Plants up to 2.0 x 1.5 m, heavily branched from base, stipules prominent, entire, decurved; leaves simple, adaxially dark green above somewhat rugose, glabrescent, abaxially with raised veins, velutinous - hairs silky, grey. Inflorescences stout racemes up to 30 cm long; flowers golden yellow golden yellow when fresh with faint red-brown striations on standard and keel apex, wings slightly to much larger than keel. Pods (only immature seen) inflated, green, glabrescent to glabrous.
