      Locally common on waterfall circuit trackside, on steep slopes & amongst basalt boulders. Brown loam. Tall Eucalyptus forest. Rainforest understorey of small trees with Streblus brunonianus, Sapindaceae, Baloghua inophylla, Pittosporum common. Also Rubus, Stephania, Aristolocheaceae, Asplenium nidus, Peperomia blanda, Pittosporum multiflorum, Aneilema. Fertile. All individuals seen with small leaves
