    Baby's romper suit (descriptive name)

    Baby's romper suit, made by Glenys Stace for her daughter Lorien, circa 1976.

    Romper comprises a sleeveless smock, sunbonnet and two pairs of nappy covers in a maroon fabric with white flowers and blue trimming

    The sleeveless smock is pintucked at the front neck with a button opening on the left, the edges have a blue bias binding.

    The sunbonnet is cut with an adjustable back and fastened with two red buttons and has a drawstring and two ties for securing under the chin.

    The nappy covers have elasticated waists and elasticated leg holes with reinforcing in the crotch
