      Planted in rough grassland along with Coprosma robusta etc. Voucher for DNA - phytoplasma sample #97111. This individual c 3m tall with widespread tip dieback especially in some branch systems. Samples of leaves/tips taken by MTA + PS (for TEN). Phytoplasma samples were small leafy shoots in a mass of dead twigs. The phytoplasma samples showed tinged reddening of leaves but otherwise x OK. Some young leaf necrosis elsewhere on tree and possible internode shortening of young shoots but latter needs confirming.
