Field Collection Notes
Upright, large, top-heavy tree, with trunk dividing at 5m into 3 trunks. Many branched - some broken or removed. DBH 83cm, Ht ca 18m. Ends of branches drooping. Bark light grey-brown, peeling in thick rough strips. Considerable borer damage at rear of trunk. Leaves mid-green glossy upperside, paler dull underside. Buds in leaf-axils red-brown.
Open sunny situation on SE side of small hill.
