A south-facing rocky coastal bank dominated by bryophytes and lichens: Ptychomnion aciculare (dominant species, a), Leucobryum javense (clumps >40cm across, not collected), Bryum (b, local, fertile), Lepidolaena taylorii (c) and Chiloscyphus semiteries s.str. (with perianths, d); the latter two mixed together. Gorse at top of bank, shrubby on the sides, otherwise in the open.
