    Local, on an open trackside bank (present in at least 2 places) in regenerating native forest (kanuka, akeake, kohekohe) with a few snapdragons, grasses and seedling Asparagus scandens. All wallflower flowers seen were yellow-petalled on upperside, and rose-tinted underneath (especially in bud). Specimen: x3 pieces all from same plant
