    Vau Bangle

  • Kupu whakaahua

    Vau bangles, set of three. Coiled and twined strings of a dyed plant fibre with three coils of oxidised twisted silver wire holding it together, these are spaced evenly around the bangles. The silver coils are finished with molten ends. One of the coils acts as a sliding knot clasp with the ends of the fibre knotted. No.2 bangle has two of these.
