Ti’ vesves. Waist garment made of from strips of vau (hibiscus fibres). The top of the waistband consists of a base of vau strips, from which bundles of strips of vau are wrapped and knotted around, which further extend as loose strips to form the body of the Ti'vesves. Three rows of cotton thread are machine sewn across the top area of the Ti'vesves, forming the waistband. Five rosettes made with light-coloured beige wide strips of vau are attached the waistband.

There is braid at each end of the waistband, tali tolu (3-ply), and knotted near their ends, forming the ties. Golden brown in colour.
