Kuputuhi e Wātea Tūmatanui ana
A tabua is ceremonial whale ivory that is highly regarded still within the Fijian culture. This tabua is an unusual ovoid shape and yellow-brown in colour. It is still on its plaited sennit cord and has 'Matisi' etched into its surface.
