Paddle-shaped blade with a lightly squared butt-end stepped to the handle. The Noomou (club) is made of light, natural Rakau nu, (coconut wood). There are small discs of Paua (abalone) shell inlayed up the length on the shaft and into the base of the blade. It is light brown in colour.
