    painted metal shield. beaten out/flat metal kerosene or oil drum. painted white, green, ochre, black and yellow stripes which are arranged as three concentric diamonds on the front. plant fibre carrying strap at centre. cassowary feathers plaited together with plant fibre, the attached to shield across the top edge.
