    Henry meurant joined up in Auckland on 25th July 1863 and served until 31st October 1864.

    Meurant's Medal Claim listed action at Orakau, 31/3-2/4/1864.

    Note: this is a duplicate medal issued in 1913, and the date originally marked on the medal was officially erased.
