    Regarding a mutual agreement between Sinclair and Brown and Campbell to run a street of eighteen feet wide between their respective allotments, those being Allotments 5 and 6 of Section 4, to be called O'Connell Street.

    William Brown has made the following comment at the top of the document, dated 27 [August?] 1844: "No transfer of Street to be made or any Deed of Convey'ce signed applicable thereto until Mr Sinclair can shew a good 'legal' Title to 'his' allot- W.B."
