    In reference to missionary land holdings, and the case determining what portion of any one persons land may be transferred to their children. Specific Resolutions passed in order to limit land distribution are referenced. Archdeacon Henry Williams land titles were of specific interest in the case, and a reference is made to Hugh Carleton's "A Page from the History of New Zealand" written in defence of his father in law.
