    Folder 1 -- Includes postcards (one from the Boer War, another embroidered, others scenic), scripture lessons, magazines, leaflets, theatre programme, two christmas cards (one from 12/855 T.G. Reynolds to Mrs A.A. Garry), photographs of individuals and groups, incuding Eugene Flynn and No. 18 Platoon, E Company, 20th Reinforcements.

    Folder 2 -- Letters written by 34468 Sidney Garry, 34358 Lewis Garry and 25225 'Jack' (John Alfred) Garry of Thames to their aunt, Mrs Henry Harold Garry, 8 Sentinel Road, Ponsonby Auckland, and cousins, Inez and Una, whilst on active service during World War I. Letters refer to a fourth brother, 34052 George Craig Garry and 34354 Eugene Flynn, also on active service. Sidney Garry also mentions Eric and Leo to his aunt - probably Garry family cousins from Northland (William Eric Garry and Leo Craig Garry) who also served in World War I.
