    Release regarding the residual estates of William Baker, late of Rocky Nook, Auckland, Settler, who died on or about 21 March 1908, and his wife, Eliza Baker, who died on or about 28 August 1910. In addition to William John Baker and Charles Coombe Baker, the following children of William and Eliza Baker are also mentioned: Mary Jane Boylan, Alice Eleanor Baker, Minnie Allright, Edwin Manfield Baker, George Herbert Baker, Ida Campbell and Norman Baker.

    Includes two attached statements of accounts by Ewington & Baker, House, Land and Commission Agents, Auckland, both dated 25 January 1911.
