Tuhipoka mō te Kohinga i te Wāhi Taketake
At extreme low tide mark in rocks pools where saxicolous on andesite boulders or attached to barnacles in c. 1m of water. Thallus firmly pliant, dark red to carmine when fresh. Very common but difficult to collect safely.
