Sea Monsters at your place

Sea Monsters at your place

There’s still plenty of Sea Monsters for kids to experience whilst our exhibition is temporarily closed.

Complete our colouring in sheets of prehistoric ocean predators, then put a sea monster back together in our digital puzzle. Discover facts about the creatures that ruled the deep in the age of dinosaurs, then have a go at our quiz about fossil hunter extraordinaire Mary Anning.

These activities, and more, are available to experience now on our dedicated Sea Monsters at your place page.

DIVE IN

An exhibition 180 million years in the making.

When dinosaurs ruled the land, giant marine reptiles hunted the depths of the sea. What can fossilised bones tell us about how these prehistoric ocean predators lived? How do they compare to today’s top ocean predators? Discover the secrets of these monsters of the deep in this new exhibition for families!
