  • Alan (Dad) always did his best for his family. He was a quiet achiever with many many talents. He taught and guided my brother Dennis (deceased) and I in so many ways how to maintain our own cars and even helped us build our first houses after he had drawn up the plans for them. As time moves on, your valued efforts in the Italian campaign in WW11 are fading from memories of the many whom you helped. We miss you and Mum and can't thank you enough for all you have done for us. Rest in peace.
