  • FEBRUARY 1945 - Captain Trevor Norman Bright, Gisborne was Mentioned in Dispatches -

    The son of Mr. and Mrs. H. E. Bright, Kaiti, Captain Bright left New Zealand with the Third Echelon and returned last November. He served in Greece, at El Alamein and in Italy. Before going overseas he was on the Union Bank staff in Gisborne.
