He also presented flowers to Queen Mary on behalf of the Forestry Unit. Visited King George Club and saw the now Queen Elizabeth. He was Batsman for Captain Tunicliffe. 11 May 1943 was in Algiers then Italy. Arrived Wellington NZ 31 October 1944.
