Lawrence Charles White

Lawrence loved the ocean. When living at Bucklands Beach, Win and Laurie would swim down at Little Bucklands Beach nearly everyday, during the summer. He enjoyed living in the house he built at 7 Seaspray Drive, Bucklands Beach as it had a view of Mt Rangitoto. After four years of war, and upon returning to Auckland in a ship, Laurie says he wept with joy, and finally relaxed, when he saw Mt Rangitoto, and knew he was finally safe home!

Lawrence and his wife, Winifred with grandchildren baby Laurel and Mathieu1978.
