    COOPER, Richard Ashley. E.D., J.P., C82871, NZ Army, RNZSIGS, Lt Col. Last Director of The Royal New Zealand Corps of Signals. Born 17th January 1948. Died at home on 10th May 2017. Richard was a loving husband of Karen. Much loved father of Michael and Andrea, and father-in-law of Robyn. Adored grandad of Brayden, Alyse, Charlie and Elsie. Brother and brother-in-law of Lesley and Arthur Parris, Patrick and Glynis Cooper, Lynne and David Riddler, Jan and Stuart Handley, and David and Rochelle Stephen. A service for Richard will be held at the Chapel of North Shore Memorial Park, 235 Schnapper Rock Road, Albany on Wednesday 17th May 2017 at 11.30am.
