  • Robert John FARRELL died 1 August 1991 aged 75yrs - He was cremated in Hastings and buried in Napier Cemetery - his wife Maureen Elizabeth FARRELL died 1 December 1991 in Lower Hutt and is also supposed to be buried in the Napier Cemetery - however I can find no record of these two burials in Napier

    NOTE the photo of the WWII plaque of the Gisborne War Memorial has been incorrectly placed on this soldier's page - the correct R J FARRELL has the Service # 25848 who was killed in action 26/10/1942
