    Maj Andrew promoted to Lt Colonel from 1 Nov 1915, Principal Medical Officer at Trentham Camp 1915 then Assistant Director of Medical Services in Auckland District from 1917 till 1919

    Intended to go to the UK with his wife according to news report but was declined because he exceeded the 35 year age limit

    Posted to retired list 1921
