    Did not embark overseas on active service. The soldiers who enlisted in the 4th & 5th contingents did not leave New Zealand due to the armistice.

    Grave Location: Unknown August 2019. Cook Islands Death Register records that he was buried in Tupapa, Rarotonga AWMM
