    Rima Sadaraka (21) received a Royal Humane Society award for rescuing two young men from drowning at Aitutaki, Cook Islands, on 9th January, 1914.

    Did not embark overseas on active service. The soldiers who enlisted in the 4th & 5th contingents did not leave New Zealand due to the armistice. AWMM
