    Went to Bayfield school in Herne Bay. Was working as a warehouseman at Sargood Son and Even upon enlistment. After the War he was a meter reader at Electric Power Board.

    Ralph married Eileen Walker on 2 June 1923 at St Matthews Church, Auckland. Ralph and Eileen lived at 17 Rawene Avenue, Westmere, Auckland.
    Eileen Walker was born 4 Jan 1898 died 10 Dec 1969.

    Their son was Colin Ralph Armiger b.4 Sept 1924 - d.21 Oct 2017

    Grandchildren: Lynette Marjorie, Heather Raewyne, Graeme Colin and Allan William. AWMM
