  • In March 2020 I was fortunate enough to travel to 9 Elms British Cemetery outside Poperinge in Belgium and visit Harolds grave. We spent 3 days in the Flanders region. The wind, rain and mud was bad enough whilst we visited. I can only imagine the horrendous conditions that were endured by all 103 years ago. I felt privileged to be able to pay my respects to you in person at your final resting place.
    Your great great niece, Rebecca.
