  • Eldest son of George Francis Gee of Wellington and Mary Elizabeth Gee. Educated at Wellington, Eastbourne College and Trinity College Cambridge. Was a member of Eastbourne College OTC and received a commission in the 3rd Wiltshire Regiment on 15th August 1914. Following four weeks training at Weymouth embarked for the front line. A few days after arriving he received a fatal wound. AWMM
